I found my stay at the hotel to be quite mixed. On the positive side, the location is superb, right in the heart of downtown near various attractions. The service was friendly and accommodating. However, the room setup was a bit odd with the TV position and lack of essential amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be improved, and the facilities were decent overall.

Despite the subpar room I had to settle for upon arrival and some cleanliness issues, the room was equipped with a refrigerator, large TV, and a beautiful view of the River, making it comfortable. The service provided was very friendly and helpful overall. The location was convenient for exploring various attractions within walking distance, although some places were closed due to current situations. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with delightful made-to-order omelets but also below-par meals for the price. The facilities offered were satisfactory, providing the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was much more than I expected - it was clean, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view of the waterside district. The service was sweet, accommodating, and professional, ensuring our satisfaction throughout our stay.
